In 2024 we registered as a nonprofit in Texas with the name of Trumped by USG. We filed as necessary to receive an IRS Determination letter on January 14, 2025 supporting us as a 501 (c)(3) and 509 (a)(2) Public Charity.

Trumped by USG (TBUSG)was dedicated to providing financial relief for individuals who have suffered from abuse or distress stemming from the U.S. legal system among other sources. Our initial focus in 2024 was to offer essential relief to abused individuals deemed by our board of directors to be In Focus Victims. Michael E. Watts's case and history of criminal conviction came before the board of directors and he was approved independently as the first In Focus Victim, or IFV001 as the board determined that his commutation application had plenty of merit that he was wrongly convicted and it was also clear that he suffered immensely from lack of medical care that led to brain strokes while he was incarcerted.



The organization struggled to get started raising funds and was never able to provide relief services to IFV001. In August of 2024 the three directors of TBUSG made the decision to change the name of Trumped by USG to FIX BRAIN and with amended bylaws the board believed there was a better focus for financial aid and that could be used for brain health issues among other support. The board independently named Michael E. Watts as the first Qualified Beneficiary (as QB001) of FIX BRAIN and was able to finally raise over $5,000 to provide relief initially regarding Neurotherapy services provided by independent board approval of Optimize Mind Care of Houston, Texas ( https://optimizemindcare.com ). QBOO1 finally began treatments to help aliviate the negative effects of severe issues caused after the severe strokes that he endured.



Going forward we are constructing this website and establishing an easy way to obtain funding from the public that can be used to help all of its Board Approved Qualified Beneficiaries in the future.
